Note: Failure to comply will result in a R$300.00 (three hundred reais) fine.
Lost key fee: R$250.00.
Any breakage or damage to items inside the accommodations will be charged according to their value.
All accommodations are inspected and photographed before guest entry.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
(EMBRATUR REGULATION No. 387)
According to Deliberative Norm No. 387 of Embratur, which regulates lodging establishments, reservation contracts must be formalized (via WhatsApp or direct contact) between the accommodation provider and the guest or booking agent. At the time of reservation, the hotel must clearly inform the guest about the features, quality, price, and cancellation deadlines of the services offered.
This is in accordance with the principle of transparency mandated by the Consumer Protection Code.
Reservations confirmed must be honored. Refusal to accommodate a guest is only allowed for justified reasons or as provided by law.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in: 100% credit voucher for future booking or full refund.

Cancellation up to 15 days before check-in: 15% penalty on the deposited amount.

Cancellation up to 7 days before check-in: 25% penalty on the deposited amount.

Cancellation up to 3 days before check-in: 50% penalty on the deposited amount.
-
Cancellation less than 3 days before check-in: 100% penalty on the deposited amount.
RESERVATIONS WITH PAYMENT:
If the guest does not show up on the check-in date, the reservation will be held until noon the following day. After that, if the guest does not contact the property, the reservation will be considered a no-show and canceled automatically, with a 100% charge for the reserved period.
Late arrivals or early departures will be charged in full according to the originally booked stay, once the minimum contracted stay has been met.
Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to deduction of taxes from the issued invoice. Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original payment.
CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS POLICY:
Under the Brazilian Child and Adolescent Statute (Law 8.069/1990), it is illegal to accommodate minors without their parents or legal guardians.
A valid photo ID or birth certificate must be presented at check-in.
Minors unaccompanied by their parents must present a notarized authorization signed by the parents.

Refund conditions based on the cancellation notice period:

Date changes will only be permitted for health reasons or emergencies; please contact us for further information.
CANCELLATION WITHOUT NOTICE ("NO SHOW"):
If the guest fails to cancel and does not show up, the reservation will be canceled with 100% retention of the amount paid.
Pets: Allowed. Additional charges may apply.
Please inform Pesqueiro e Pousada Rota do Sol of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the "Special Requests" field during your booking or contact the property directly.
A valid photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in.
Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
A 40% advance payment is required to guarantee your reservation via PIX, deposit, or bank transfer. After booking, please contact the property for payment instructions.
COVID-19 Requirements:
Guests must provide proof of complete vaccination, a valid negative PCR test, or proof of recovery from COVID-19.
Rain Policy:
We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to rain.
In case of force majeure (death), a credit valid for up to 3 months will be offered.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURES:
Cancellations are accepted only through our website or by contacting one of our consultants.
We do not process cancellations on Sundays unless through the website.
EARLY DEPARTURE AFTER CHECK-IN:
Early departure will not entitle guests to any refund or reimbursement, except in cases of force majeure (death), for which a credit voucher will be provided for future stays.

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Check-out until 12:00 PM (20 min tolerance).

Return the key at reception and wait for chalet inspection.

Exceeding check-out time: first 2 hours charged as half-day; full daily rate if the room has a following reservation.

Only hair straighteners and dryers are allowed; other appliances incur a R$100.00 fee per device.

Smoking (including hookahs, cigarettes) is prohibited inside accommodations; violation incurs a R$300.00 fine.

Food and beverages brought from outside must be consumed only inside the accommodations; otherwise, a R$150.00 fine will apply.

Lost key fee: R$150.00.

Any damages will be charged. All accommodations are inspected before arrival.
Linen and towel policy:

Changed only after three nights unless requested earlier for a R$15.00 fee per item.
Guest responsibility:

Damage to linens (due to makeup, sunscreen, blood, mud, wine, juice, burns, tears, etc.) will be charged.

Breakfast hours:
From 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM (table restocking until 9:30 AM).
Lunch:
Orders accepted from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Orders accepted until 4:30 PM. After this time, only snacks are served.
